How Driven handles website enquiries, email updates and photography.
Website data
Contact details, messages, favourites and test orders are stored in the website database. Uploaded images are stored privately; published previews can be viewed by website visitors; draft previews are restricted to the owner. No card details are collected and no money is charged.
Enquiries
Messages are saved to the owner’s enquiry inbox for Lowri to review. Email notifications are being connected. Your enquiry is not automatically added to a marketing list.
Email updates
Your email address, selected topics, consent wording and sign-up date are stored when you subscribe. The owner can export subscribed contacts to the chosen mailing service. Sending is not connected yet. You can unsubscribe using the form linked below every sign-up section. Enquiry information is not added to the mailing list automatically.
Photo licence
The staging checkout uses a draft personal-use licence: personal social posts, prints and sharing with friends. Copyright remains with the photographer. Commercial use, sponsor advertising, publication or resale requires written permission. Final licence wording and prices must be agreed before public launch.
Downloads
Test orders provide access through your signed-in account. Sample gallery downloads use existing website images and are not full-resolution paid originals. Images uploaded in the dashboard keep their originals separately from their watermarked previews.
Photo purchasing
Purchasing is not open to customers yet. Test orders are restricted to the owner account, and no payments are collected. Final prices and sales terms will be published before sales open.
